More than 250 skilled and semi-skilled workers force in house enable the company to produce the best instruments quality checked before packed and shipped. Ltd established in 1969 and won the best Export Trophy on its 20th anniversary. Sunlike Industries was one of the branch companies of Garish Surgical (Pvt.) Ltd.

Mushtaq Mir
Following his return from the U.K where he worked in Several firms in Engineering and Manufacturing. Coming from an Engineering background, Mushtaq worked for several years in the U.K. He joined Garish Surgical Pvt. Ltd in 1973 when it was in the early years of its existence. During his tenure as CEO of Garish, the company received the trophy for best export performance, awarded by the Prime Minister of Pakistan. Following his achievements at Garish he was elected as member of Executive Committee of Sialkot Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He became the President of Sunlike Industries in 2000 And was deeply involved in its Growth. He died in 2011. His experienced advices are still with the company management.

Tahir Mir graduated from the University of Northampton U.K. He furthered his education with Marketing and Management courses from Chicago University. He worked as a sales & Marketing manager for a surgical instruments sales office in Chicago for 3 years. In 1993, he traveled to Pakistan and established SUNLIKE to manufacture dental instruments for improved quality and on-time delivery. Tahir is active in social activities in Sialkot and is the Chief Executive Officer of Sunlike Industries. He is also a member of a Trust that provides free modern education to poor people.

Nasar Mir is the Head of Manufacturing and Product Development at Sunlike. He joined the family business after graduating in 1995, starting as a trainee and working his way up to his current position. Since 2000, Nasar has been handling major manufacturing issues and overseeing all factory production. He also interacts with direct buyers at exhibitions and learns about instruments to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
